How are Christians supposed to treat eachother?

A non-christian friend asked me the other day how Christians are supposed to be set apart from the world. In other words.. “How should I know if someone is a Christian or not? How will they act different?” I immediately thought on John 13:34-35 which says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Of course I couldn’t remember the reference at the time so I found it later. But it got me thinking about how Christians are supposed to treat one another and also non-christians. With so much hypocrisy circling religious people these days, how would someone know if we were a believer in Christ or not based on how we treat eachother? So I did a little word study on the “one another” or “each other” passages in the Bible (it comes from the Greek word allelous). Here are some of the scriptures that I found. I hope they serve as helpful reminders!
